In partnership with JYPCM – Management Consultancy, Maynilad Water Academy conducted leadership trainings for Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System (MWSS) heads and employees titled “Water Leaders Series: Leading Myself and Others”.
The three-day integrated leadership workshop aims to share best practices on how to conduct oneself with the level of professionalism set by leadership, as well as teach participants certain skills to help enhance professional leadership behavior.
The first leadership training was conducted last April 2018 and June 2018 at the MWSS Office.
