Part of the rebuilding efforts for Marawi City Water District (MCWD) is the capacity building of its employees.
One of the activities is training on the Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS). SPMS links employees’ work toward organizational objectives while ensuring organizational commitment to the strategic plans.
Last June 22 & 23, 2022, training on SPMS was conducted for MCWD at Iligan City. 13 regular employees of MCWD attended the learning sessions facilitated by Level II Directors of the Civil Service Commission – Lanao Del Sur.
