33 employees from Metro Dumaguete Water attended Maynilad Water Academy’s online training on Non-Revenue Water (NRW) last February 15 and 18, 2022.
This training aims to share fundamental principles and concepts about NRW and its implications to the operations of a water utility. Among the topics discussed were DMA establishment, leakage detection, and importance of lowering NRW.
Strategic management of NRW allows utilities to improve its service and enhance financial performance.
