Maynilad Water Academy (MWA) conducted a Water Supply Operations Training for Asian Development Bank (ADB) last October 22-25, 2018. The training program gave an overview of the Philippine water sector, water quality, water treatment and distribution, non-revenue water (NRW) and wastewater management.
19 ADB staff members joined the four-day training that also consisted of hands on activities on NRW and visits to Maynilad facilities.
Charles Felix Sembillo, ADB Associate Project Analyst, said that he strongly recommends the program for project team leaders who will implement water supply and sanitation projects as it will enable them with proper technical knowledge.
