Metro Iloilo Bulk Water and Metro Pacific Iloilo Water joined forces to enhance their risk management practices through the “Introduction to Risk Management” training program conducted by Maynilad Water Academy.
Held on May 11, 2023, this transformative training brought together 30 participants from both organizations, aiming to equip them with essential knowledge and skills to identify, assess, and mitigate risks.
The training program provided an overview of risk management approaches tailored to the water utility sector.
Participants were immersed in various risk assessment techniques, enabling them to identify potential risks across operational, financial, environmental, and regulatory domains.
It equips participants with the essential tools to navigate future uncertainties, enhance resilience, and provide the community with the highest quality water services they deserve.
