MWA joins the 10th International Water Association Conference

Maynilad Water Academy (MWA) participated in the session “Emerging Water Leaders Forum” by Philippine Young Water Professionals (PYWP).

The 10th International Water Association (IWA) Conference on Efficient Urban Water Management was held last January 14-16, 2019 at the Marriott Hotel in Pasay. Metro Pacific Water and Maynilad were the organizers of the event.

Maynilad Water Academy (MWA), Executive Director, Rodora N. Gamboa acted as a Chairperson for two of the sessions in the conference.

Ms. Dora Gamboa was the chairperson for the sessions “Social and Environmental Considerations” and “Understanding Customer Water Use”.

Efficient aims to bring thought leaders and industry experts to help solve challenges in water and sanitation. Delegates from different organizations and countries joined the conference to learn about research and technology on water and wastewater.
