Engr. Rodora N. Gamboa, Executive Director of MWA (Maynilad Water Academy) delivered a talk on IWRM (Integrated Water Resource Management) Implementation and Capacity Building in the Philippines at the International Symposium on Capacity Development for the Water Industry in Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, Malaysia.
The learning event was held last December 7-8, 2022 and was organized by AguaJaring, a regional Southeast Asian capacity building network, with MyCDNet, both within the Cap-Net of UNDP.
The symposium covered IWRM enabling environment for capacity development and competency in IWRM.
The second day focused on IWRM progress in Southeast Asia followed by learning sessions on Water Stewardship.
