Maynilad Water Academy (MWA) and the Local Water Utilities Administration (LWUA) join forces for the conduct of Training Needs Assessment (TNA) for Water Districts (WD).

MWA aims to complement LWUA’s effort to provide technical assistance and training to WDs. Engr. Rodora N. Gamboa, Executive Director of MWA handed over the TNA proposal to Ms. Eileen L. Dela Vega, OIC-Administrator of LWUA last July 5, 2022.

The Academy has been offering training programs and projects locally and internationally for over ten years.

One of MWA’s salient programs is training for the water sector in the Philippines, including WDs.

This initiative to help WDs stems from the Philippine Water Supply and Sanitation Plan and the National Water Security Roadmap, recognizing the vital role of training in achieving collective goals for sustainable development.
