K-12 Water Education Modules Teaching Demo and Workshop in Davao City

As part of the 41st Philippine Association of Water Districts (PAWD) National Convention last February 4, 2020, Maynilad Water Academy (MWA) conducted the “K-12 Water Education Modules Teaching Demo and Workshop”.

As part of the 41st Philippine Association of Water Districts (PAWD) National Convention last February 4, 2020, Maynilad Water Academy (MWA) conducted the “K-12 Water Education Modules Teaching Demo and Workshop”.

Different public school teachers from Davao City were guided on how to integrate water in their curriculum. Part of the workshop includes the teachers giving a demonstration on how they will be able to teach about water in class not only in Science but also in History, Social Science and other subjects.

The Maynilad K-12 Water Education Modules were customized according to the appropriate subject and grade level from the K-12 curriculum, with the end-goal of instilling in the youth the value of water.

The Workshop was in partnership with MWA, Maynilad, PAWD, Davao City Water District, Phil Cap-Net and Philippine Water Partnership.
