ICRC taps MWA on Hydraulic Modeling for BJMP

The training aims to assist participants in developing hydraulic models to improve water pressure in BJMP facilities.

The ICRC (International Committee of the Red Cross) taps Maynilad Water Academy to conduct a national training titled Hydraulic Modeling Using EPANET (Environmental Protection Agency Network Evaluation Tool) for uniformed officers of the (BJMP) Bureau of Jail Management and Penology at the Maynilad Business Area, Arroceros Manila last November 21-24, 2022.

The training focused on creating hydraulic models with EPANET.

The participants recalled basic hydraulics principles, identified and applied the basic elements and data required for model creation, and presented model results using visual aids such as graphs and tables.
