From August 12 to 14, the 5th PAWD Convergence and 50th Anniversary, held at the Baguio Country Club, brought together key figures in the water sector under the theme “Empowering Water Districts: Technology, Sustainability, and Resilience.”

At this landmark event, the Maynilad Water Academy (MWA) was commended with a plaque of appreciation for its exemplary contributions. This accolade affirms MWA’s dedication and inspires pride among water industry professionals and the broader community. MWA was pivotal beyond its participation, serving as a key organizing and technical team member.The academy’s booth, focusing on Non-Revenue Water (NRW) leak detection management, showcased its extensive expertise and commitment to tackling pressing issues in the water sector.

In addition, Engr. Rodora N. Gamboa was recognized as a distinguished technical consultant, highlighting MWA’s leadership and technical excellence.
